Since 1989 in Adapazarı Tekeler Neighborhood, Sakarya — a 120 m² showroom with 50+ marble, granite and travertine varieties in stock samples, backed by a direct sourcing network.
Sakarya's Natural Stone Showroom and Sourcing Hub
The Sipahi Marble center, located next to the Sakarya Commodity Exchange (Çevre Yolu Cad. No: 108, Tekeler Neighborhood, Adapazarı 54040), serves architects, contractors and project owners from a single point — from material selection to delivery — through its 120 m² showroom, 50+ stock samples of marble, granite and travertine, and direct sourcing network.
Our address in Adapazarı Tekeler is the showroom and coordination center; cutting, edge profiling and surface finishing are coordinated at long-standing subcontractor workshops across Türkiye. Sipahi Marble manages the sample-sourcing-final-inspection-packaging-dispatch chain end-to-end. Fast access is provided to all districts across Sakarya, and thanks to our İMİB membership (Registration No 336480) export shipments are also coordinated from the center.

How We Serve From Our Center
Cut-to-Size Coordination
Cut-to-size pieces produced at our subcontractor workshops per architect and project owner specifications; tolerances per project specification; thickness range 12–80 mm and above; jumbo slab support. Final inspection and packaging take place at our center.
CNC Machining (Subcontractor Coordination)
CNC machining at partner workshops for curved facade panels, complex geometric details and large-scale facade projects; end-to-end coordination from shop drawing to packaging.
Edge Profiles & Finishing
Bullnose, ogee, chamfer, waterjet: standard and custom edge profiles; five finish types — polished, honed, leathered, flamed and brushed — all applied at our subcontractor partners, with final inspection performed by Sipahi Marble before dispatch.
Quality Control
Direct sourcing from a 50+ quarry network for consistent color and pattern matching; 50+ varieties held as stock samples in our showroom; visual inspection and photo report for every pallet before dispatch.
Packaging & Dispatch
ISPM-15 stamped wooden pallets, stretch film and corner protection; domestic truck delivery, TIR and full-container options for export — dispatch planning managed by Sipahi Marble.

Coordinated Production With Subcontractor Partners
Our center in Adapazarı Tekeler Neighborhood hosts the showroom, stock sample warehouse and sourcing coordination office under one roof. Natural stone fabrication — complex geometries, curved facade panels, waterjet details and joint cutting — is performed on the CNC and bridge-saw lines of long-standing subcontractor workshops across Türkiye. Sipahi Marble coordinates this production from shop drawing preparation to packaging.
Raw slab cutting, calibration-honing, polishing (polished, honed, leathered), shot-blasting (flamed, brushed) and edge profile work are executed on subcontractor lines; tolerances are set to project specification. Finished pieces return to our center, pass dimensional and surface inspection, and are then packaged for dispatch.
Sipahi Marble provides project consultancy, material selection and supply chain management for products across a wide thickness range (12–80 mm and above), large-format slabs, curved facade panels, single-piece vanity tops, island countertops, staircase steps and large-format interior floor tiles.
SOURCING AND QUALITY FLOW
From Quarry to Pallet
The flow begins with the acceptance of the block or slab arriving from the quarry — either directly at the subcontractor workshop or at our center. At each inbound shipment, a block identity card (quarry, quality class, vein direction) is recorded and a tracking number is applied to the slab. This number moves with the product through dispatch, providing full traceability.
In the second stage, a cutting plan is prepared from shop drawings and a work order is issued to the subcontractor workshop. Vein direction, pattern matching and color homogeneity criteria are entered into the system; after the approved plan, cutting and surface finishing take place at the subcontractor. Cut-to-size pieces are routed to edge profiling (bullnose, ogee, chamfer, straight edge) and finish surface work.
The final stage — quality control, packaging and shipping preparation — takes place at the Sipahi Marble center. Each piece is checked for dimensional and surface homogeneity, then placed on an ISPM-15 stamped wooden pallet. After the pallet is wrapped with stretch film and corner protection cardboard, it is dispatched with a photo report. Domestic truck delivery or export full-container loading is coordinated per the planned schedule.
QUALITY CONTROL
Sourcing Chain and Quality Control Procedure
Sipahi Marble's quality-control procedure is applied at every link of the sourcing chain: quarry acceptance control, in-process inspection at the subcontractor workshop, raw slab surface and vein verification, thickness measurement, dimensional cutting tolerance, edge profile homogeneity, finish surface testing (gloss measurement, honed texture verification), color-card comparison, crack and hairline observation, pre-packaging final check, pallet photo documentation and pre-dispatch loading control. Final inspection is performed at the Sipahi Marble center.
Photos taken for each pallet before dispatch are sent to the customer via e-mail or WhatsApp; this step is a mutual approval point, particularly for distant destinations and export orders. Where color-and-vein matching is critical in facade projects, serial production from a single block source is coordinated; transitions between different blocks are never mixed within a single order.
SOURCING NETWORK AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Center and Subcontractor Network
Our center overview: 120 m² showroom, 50+ marble/granite/travertine varieties held as stock samples, forklift, pallet-stretch packaging area, and quality control and photo reporting station. Fabrication (5-axis CNC machining, bridge saw, waterjet, calibration-honing, polishing, shot-blasting, edge profiling) is performed at long-standing subcontractor workshops across Türkiye.
Supporting infrastructure at the center: periodic OHS training coordinated with an accredited OSGB provider, personal protective equipment supply and center-equipment maintenance routines. Subcontractor workshops meet OHS and environmental obligations independently at their own facilities.
CENTER VISIT
Visit Procedure
For a center visit, the number of participants, duration and photo/video permission are coordinated in advance. Special sessions can be arranged for group visits (architectural offices, student groups, sector meetings). Closed shoes are recommended during the visit; sample review, material selection and technical consultancy are offered inside the showroom.
For international buyer visits, English, Arabic and Russian technical interpreter coordination and hotel recommendations are provided. Thanks to Sakarya's distance to İstanbul (~150 km) and 1.5–2 hours to the airport, day-trip visits are possible; for multi-day visits, hotel recommendations in İstanbul and transfer coordination can be arranged. On request, a subcontractor workshop visit can also be scheduled separately.
