Workshop Visits by Appointment
The Sipahi Marble head office is in Sakarya Serdivan and the production workshop is located at Çevre Yolu No: 108, Tekeler Neighborhood, Adapazarı. Workshop visits for sample review, material selection or ongoing project consultation are arranged by appointment. Coordination at least one business day in advance — via WhatsApp on +90 540 048 54 54 or by e-mail to [email protected] — ensures the relevant technical staff will be present.
For visitors from distant regions or abroad, airport transfer (İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen and İstanbul Airport), hotel recommendations and local interpreter coordination can be organized on request. Visit slots are defined weekdays 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00 (Türkiye time, UTC+3); we are closed on Sundays.

Standard delivery terms for export project quotations are offered as FOB İstanbul, CIF buyer's port or EXW Adapazarı workshop. Container loading (20 ft and 40 ft), TIR shipment, ISPM-15 stamped wooden pallets, stretch film and corner protection are included. Payment terms — letter of credit (L/C at sight), T/T advance and sampling process — are detailed in the first-contact e-mail.

Short Answers
How quickly do you respond to sample requests?
For standard marble, granite and travertine samples (10x10 cm or 20x20 cm), shipping is initiated the same business day once stock is confirmed. Domestic delivery within Türkiye typically takes 1–3 business days. For project-specific large samples sourced from the quarry (60x60 cm slab cuts), lead time is 5–10 business days.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no fixed minimum m² requirement for cut-to-size orders; however, for shipping economy we recommend orders of 50 m² and above. For block and jumbo slab orders, a full block (approximately 8–12 tonnes) or a single shipment of at least 5 slabs is standard practice. For export container orders, a 20 ft container (approximately 22–25 tonnes) is planned as a full load.
What are your payment terms?
For domestic B2B projects the standard payment is set within the contract as an advance plus a progress-payment schedule. For small-scale residential and countertop projects, advance plus post-installation balance is preferred. For export orders, standard international methods are accepted — letter of credit (L/C at sight), T/T advance, or 30% advance with 70% against B/L copy.
How long does shipping take?
For stock items shipped from the Sakarya Adapazarı workshop, domestic delivery in Türkiye takes 2–7 business days, and typically 1–3 business days for the İstanbul region. Cut-to-size lead times vary between 10–25 business days after shop drawing approval. For export container orders, production plus port dispatch plus vessel departure is estimated at 4–8 weeks in total; ocean transit to the destination port is an additional 2–6 weeks.
What is your warranty scope?
Sipahi Marble provides a production warranty for the quarry-origin accuracy, dimensional tolerance (±0.5 mm cut-to-size) and surface finish quality of every natural stone product delivered. For mechanical facade applications, a project-specific written warranty covering materials and installation is issued; duration and scope are defined per project. Natural color-and-vein variations inherent to natural stone are excluded from warranty and are confirmed with the client at site acceptance.
