Kütahya province — particularly the Tavşanlı district corridor — is Turkey's
densest Emperador marble production region. Regional deposits are organic-rich
limestone/marble bodies; the dark-brown ground and thin white calcite veins
are the signature of this formation. Producing for the international natural
stone market for decades, this region — together with Spain (the classical
Emperador Dark source) — supplies a significant share of global Emperador.
Three main commercial names identify Kütahya-Tavşanlı material. Emperador
Dark — dark-brown ground, thin white calcite veins, dramatic character;
the primary choice for hotel lobbies, prestige residential, fireplace
accents and large wall panels. Emperador Light — mid-to-light brown
ground, softer character; a more neutral option for interior flooring,
bathrooms and countertops. Kütahya Beige — dark-beige tone, a
transition between brown and white; used in mixed compositions.
Sipahi Marble sources from the Kütahya-Tavşanlı corridor through direct
producer relationships. Distance to our Adapazarı Tekeler supply coordination
center is ~350 km — typical lead time 4-6 business days. For Sakarya,
Kocaeli, İstanbul and Ankara-based hotel and prestige residential projects,
Sipahi's Kütahya line is an economical and fast supply option.
