REGIONAL DETAIL · UŞAK · EASTERN AEGEAN

Uşak White Marble Supply

Uşak sits at the eastern gate of the Aegean, in the transition belt between Western and Central Anatolia. The region is one of the recognized white marble production centers of Turkey. Its position gives it both the Aegean white marble character and a distinct profile relative to Muğla Milas and Aydın Söke. Sipahi Marble runs direct producer relationships in the region and coordinates delivery through our Adapazarı Tekeler supply center.

REGION

Uşak — Eastern Aegean White Marble Deposits

Uşak province sits at the eastern gate of the Aegean, on the transition belt between Western Anatolia and Central Anatolia. Regional geology forms the eastern extension of Western Anatolia's calcite-based marble beds. This position gives Uşak white marble a hybrid identity — Aegean white marble character with transition traits toward Central Anatolian beige lines. Uşak is one of the recognized production nodes in the broad Aegean white marble family.

Regional white marble is used in both domestic and export projects for its medium veining and homogeneous light tone. While it shares the wider geography of Muğla Milas and Aydın Söke whites, Uşak white marble carves a distinct profile in vein density and tonal depth. This eastern Aegean quality makes the region a preferred source for facade, interior flooring and monument applications.

Sipahi Marble sources from Uşak through direct producer relationships. Road distance to our Adapazarı Tekeler supply coordination center is approximately 600 kilometers; access to İzmir port within 200 km supports export logistics. Long-standing relationships with regional producers allow flexibility in vein-class and dimensional selection aligned with customer expectations.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Facade, Interior Flooring, Countertop, Monument

Facade cladding

Uşak white marble suits facade strip-slab applications under TS EN 1469 as an Aegean white marble alternative. The homogeneous light tone provides a clean aesthetic language for residential, hotel and office facades; panels are fixed with stainless steel mechanical anchors. High compressive strength makes it a safe option for multi-storey facade programs.

Interior flooring

Under TS EN 12058, Uşak white marble delivers high aesthetic value as an interior floor slab. Polished finish suits lobbies, halls, hotel reception and prestige residential entries; honed finish is preferred for living areas and galleries. Low water absorption simplifies interior maintenance.

Kitchen and bathroom countertop

White tone offers a classic match with modern kitchen cabinetry and a strong contrast with dark cabinets. In bathroom vanity, shower banquette and countertop applications, white marble raises prestige. For countertop orders, Sipahi can coordinate bookmatch selections; honed finish reduces slip risk in bathrooms.

Monument, sculpture and interior decor

Uşak white marble is also chosen for sculpture, monument stones, column cladding and decorative carving. Homogeneous texture and low porosity suit hand craftsmanship and CNC carving. It continues the Western Anatolian white marble tradition often referenced in Ottoman-era architectural restoration.

SIPAHI SUPPLY MODEL

Direct Producer + Adapazarı Final QC + Cut-to-Size Coordination

Sipahi Marble runs a four-step business model for Uşak white marble orders. Sipahi is not a quarry operator and does not run its own CNC workshop; Sipahi serves as supplier, coordinator and fabrication partner — providing a single-point contact for the customer.

  1. Spec review and regional producer selection: Project spec (volume, dimensions, surface treatment, vein preference, delivery schedule) is reviewed; block or slab reservation is opened with a suitable producer in the Uşak region. For prestige projects a block photo report is submitted for customer approval.
  2. Transfer to Adapazarı Tekeler + final QC: Regional material moves approximately 600 km by road to our Adapazarı Tekeler showroom + supply coordination center. Dimensional tolerance, vein continuity and color homogeneity are re-checked here.
  3. Cut-to-size coordination (on request): For cut-to-size CNC needs, coordination is run at our partner fabrication workshops. Surface finish (polished, honed, brushed, antiqued), edge profile (bullnose, ogee) and drilling steps happen here. Sipahi is the single coordinator.
  4. Packaging, shipment and installation (on request): Domestic deliveries move on wooden pallets, export shipments in sea container crates. If installation is requested, Sipahi's partner installation team engages. Certificate of Origin, warranty and technical spec file accompany the shipment documentation.

QUALITY STANDARDS

CE, LEED and Project Documentation

Uşak white marble is tested under TS EN standards and shipped with a CE Declaration of Performance. Facade applications reference TS EN 1469 (Natural Stone Products — Slabs for Cladding); flooring references TS EN 12058 (Slabs for Floors and Stairs); modular tile references TS EN 12057 (Modular Tiles).

For international projects, ASTM C170 (compressive strength), ASTM C880 (flexural strength), ASTM C97 (density and water absorption) and ASTM C1028 (slip resistance) values are provided together with producer test reports. For LEED-certified projects, producer location and material record are added to the submittal for Regional Materials credit.

For prestige projects Sipahi arranges a physical inspection appointment at Adapazarı Tekeler for vein class, color match and dimensional tolerance review. This step is particularly important for facade applications to guarantee panel-to-panel color consistency.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Uşak White Marble — 7 Critical Questions

How does Uşak white marble differ from other Aegean whites?

Uşak white marble sits in the same broad Aegean white marble geography as Muğla Milas and Aydın Söke whites, but has distinct character in vein density and tone. It runs slightly warmer than Muğla Milas and finer, more homogeneous in vein distribution than Aydın Söke. Uşak's eastern Aegean position offers road-logistics advantages for Central Anatolia and the İstanbul-Ankara axis.

How does Sipahi source from Uşak?

Sipahi works through direct producer relationships in the Uşak region. Once an order is confirmed, block/slab reservation is opened with the regional producer — on request, a photo report is prepared for vein class and dimensional selection. Road distance to our Adapazarı Tekeler supply center is ~600 km; standard delivery lead time is 5-8 business days. Cut-to-size needs are coordinated at partner fabrication workshops.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum for domestic orders — small kitchen countertops, bathroom panels and boutique residential line items are all served. For export orders one full container (~20-24 tons or 300-400 m²) is the economic floor. For samples and trade panels we arrange LTL solutions. Sipahi's bulk-purchase leverage keeps small orders at a competitive pricing tier.

Block, slab or cut-to-size supply?

All three are available. (1) Block supply: up to 2.4 x 1.2 x 1.2 m typical, preferred by customers with their own import/fabrication operations. (2) Slab supply: 2400 x 1200 mm and 3200 x 1600 mm standard formats, preferred by fabricators wanting ready material. (3) Cut-to-size: cutting, surface treatment and packaging to project dimensions coordinated at partner workshops; Sipahi is the single coordinator.

What determines pricing?

Uşak white marble pricing depends on three main factors: (1) vein class (vein-free / low-vein / mid-vein — vein-free is the higher tier), (2) surface finish (polished, honed, brushed, antiqued — combined finishes rise), (3) order volume (bulk-purchase advantage scales with size). For standard slab pricing tiers, share project details via WhatsApp or email; a written quote follows within 24-48 hours.

What is the Adapazarı-Uşak delivery lead time?

Road distance from our Adapazarı Tekeler center to Uşak is ~600 km; typical delivery lead time is 5-8 business days — depending on regional producer stock and order size. Sipahi reserves 1-2 business days for the final QC step at Adapazarı. If cut-to-size fabrication is added, an additional 7-14 business days is required. Export shipment leaves İzmir or Ambarlı port within 3-4 weeks under container planning.

Is Uşak white marble LEED and CE compliant?

Yes. Uşak white marble ships under CE Declaration of Performance for TS EN 1469 (facade), TS EN 12058 (flooring) and TS EN 12057 (modular tiles). For LEED submittals, producer documentation is attached for Regional Materials contribution; water absorption, abrasion resistance and compressive strength values are included in the product spec sheet.
