PACKAGE SCOPE
Panels sourced from Turkey's production regions (Bilecik-Söğüt beige, Amasya beige, Muğla-Milas white, Marmara Island white, Elazığ cherry, Diyarbakır Karacadağ basalt) matched to project spec. Vein direction (vein-cut / cross-cut), finish (polished, honed, brushed, leathered) and panel size are coordinated against the shop drawing.
Mechanical fixation over adhesive — Sipahi's preferred approach for seismic safety and long-term durability. AISI 316 stainless steel clip, pin, concealed plate and undercut anchor systems are supplied to the structural team's specification. Halfen-style and Fischer-style system options are offered.
Sipahi provides draft contributions on panel layout, vein continuity, joint width, anchor position and load distribution for the architectural + structural team. CSI MasterFormat Section 04 43 00 (Natural Stone) compatible detail drafts are shared. Final shop drawing is sealed by the architect / structural engineer.
Cut-to-size panel production is coordinated at Sipahi's partner CNC fabrication workshops. Panel dimensioning, anchor pocket drilling, edge profiling and surface finishing are executed against the shop drawing. Batch-based final QC is performed at the Adapazarı Tekeler supply coordination center, signed off by Sipahi.
If installation is requested, Sipahi's partner installation crew is engaged — domestic site support + supervising engineer within Türkiye. For GCC / EU / US export projects, a Turkish master crew escort model + local installation partner cooperation is offered. Safety and quality supervision protocols are co-signed.

Adhesive alone produces cracking, panel drop and uneven weathering issues in long-term use — particularly on 20+ year investment horizon residential, hotel and business center projects. AISI 316 stainless steel mechanical anchor (clip, pin, concealed plate or undercut) is Sipahi's preferred choice for structural safety + long-term durability. The Ada Hayat urban regeneration facade program used this system as well.
Domestic projects above 300 m² of facade are economical for the full system package — for smaller scope the panel supply + anchor supply + installation coordination can be quoted as separate packages. For export projects a full container (approx. 300-400 m²) is the economical minimum. Small-scale bespoke projects (boutique hotel, private residence facade) are also handled on a request basis.

Two models are offered: (1) Turkish master crew escort — Sipahi organizes the dispatch of a partner installation team from Türkiye, working alongside a local installation partner on site. (2) Coordination + supervision only — the local installation crew is procured by the client, and Sipahi's supervising engineer conducts periodic visits. Site support + weekly progress photo reports are included in Sipahi's standard service package in both models.

Standard 5-10 business days — varies by batch size. Panel dimensional tolerance (±1 mm), surface finish uniformity, vein continuity and anchor pocket drilling position are inspected at the Adapazarı Tekeler coordination center. Panels found defective are returned to the partner workshop or replaced with additional panels. The Sipahi-signed QC report is shared with the client before packaging.
