Sipahi Marble is not a classic block / slab supplier; we operate on a system integrator model. We do not just sell stone — we design the project with you, take measurements, perform CNC cutting at our workshop, then package and label the goods so installation on your site is straightforward. When your container is opened in Tashkent or Riyadh, every panel arrives numbered, ready to install. This model appears 15–20% more expensive than raw exports but reduces overall project cost through reduced on-site labour and waste.
1. Client brief: project visuals, measurements and material preference shared via WhatsApp or email.
2. Technical proposal: materials list, m² calculation, workshop order, logistics plan and quotation.
3. Sample courier: 30×30 samples of main stones shipped to the client via DHL/UPS.
4. Production: CNC cutting, edge processing, packaging and numbering at our workshop.
5. Logistics: road/sea container coordination, customs documentation, insurance.
6. Delivery: container opened at client site, installation by numbered sequence.
The Sipahi export portfolio includes 50+ natural stone varieties. The most internationally requested Turkish marble types include: Mugla White (a cleaner alternative to Carrara), Afyon Sugar (cream tone, modern projects), Burdur Beige (warm tone, classic), Marmara marble (blue-grey vein), Denizli travertine (classic textured) and Bilecik Beige (premium cream). Granite varieties include domestic Verde Marina and Star Black plus imported Brazilian, Indian and Chinese stones. Onyx includes Iranian, Pakistani and Egyptian varieties for lit panel applications.
On Sipahi export projects, all logistics and customs procedures are handled end-to-end. Central Asian markets are served via TIR road transport (10–14 day delivery); Gulf markets via sea container (12–18 days) or road (5–7 days). All shipments include international transport insurance. Customs documents (ETD/ATR, invoice, certificate of analysis) are prepared on our side; client-side customs clearance is supported via a recommended local representative.
Export pricing is provided per cut-to-size m². Options include FOB Mersin/İstanbul or full delivery (CIF destination port/city). Payment terms vary by project size; the typical structure is 30% on order confirmation, 40% mid-production, 30% before shipment. For high-value projects, Letter of Credit (LC) or on-site cash settlement via business visit can also be arranged.
Sipahi Marble applies double-stage quality control on export goods: 100% slab inspection at the workshop after cutting (dimensional, colour matching, surface quality) and a final inspection before packaging. A digital photographic slab inventory accompanies every crate. Replacement (re-shipment) is guaranteed for production defects or transport damage discovered within 30 days.
